By accessing and using the InfraCore website (infracore.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. This agreement governs your use of the InfraCore platform, which provides digital energy infrastructure management services, including operational monitoring, forecasting models, and automated coordination.

You agree to use the InfraCore platform only for lawful purposes related to energy infrastructure management. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not misuse the platform's AI and digital tools to interfere with the operation of critical infrastructure or violate any applicable laws in Canada or your jurisdiction.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, infrastructure diagrams, modular layouts, software, and the InfraCore platform itself, is the property of InfraCore or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

The InfraCore platform and all information, content, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. InfraCore makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the forecasting models, monitoring data, or automated coordination features. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfraCore shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the digital management platform, including but not limited to losses from operational decisions made based on platform data.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
